Lost tales of the desert
Digital fractal artwork done with Mandelbulber 2.17. JosLeys-Kleinian V2 formula. OpenCL GI render.
I created some dunes using the water plane to create the dunes with a sand material with tiny displacement. Main figure was hard to find a balance using the clamp Y function, leaving out floating particles and avoiding a very blocky look and have acceptable rendertimes with MC.
